Why is my trailing stop-loss order triggered but not executed?
Once the stop-loss trailing order is triggered and sent to the Exchange, the trailing would stop immediately, irrespective of whether the order was executed or not.
Important notes:
  • In trailing stop-loss orders, the book-profit trigger order or stop-loss order is triggered as and when the price is reached, which may or may not be executed at the Exchange.
  • In trailing stop-loss orders, if any of the child orders is triggered on reaching the price, the system will try to exit the position at the best price.
